What will you do?

As a Maintenance Employee, you are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the smooth operation of guest rooms, facilities, buildings, and the resort grounds. You independently carry out repairs and support planned maintenance and technical projects. With your practical mindset, technical knowledge, and problem-solving attitude, you ensure that guests and colleagues can rely on safe and well-functioning facilities—directly contributing to a comfortable and carefree guest experience.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Resolving technical guest complaints and internal maintenance requests
  • Performing repair and maintenance work on guest rooms, facilities, buildings, and the resort grounds
  • Carrying out repairs on equipment and installations such as sanitary systems, air conditioning units, lighting, and locks
  • Performing basic electrical work such as installing sockets and switches and resolving minor malfunctions
  • Identifying technical issues and reporting them to your supervisor
  • Inspecting rooms prior to guest arrival to ensure technical functionality and quality
  • Collaborating with external companies on maintenance and repair work
  • Participating in on-call duties and resolving urgent issues outside regular working hours

What do we ask for?

We are preferably looking for a candidate available from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 to 20:00. Within this shift, you will be part of an on-call rotation between 17:00 and 20:00, ensuring that maintenance requests and technical issues are handled promptly during late afternoon and evening hours.



Flexibility and willingness to participate in on-call duties within these working hours are essential for this role.
