Check in check out

  • When can I check in?

    You can check-in from 3 pm.

  • What time should I check out?

    You must check out at 11 am.

  • Can I check out later than 11 am?

    Sleep late and enjoy our "Late check-out" offer.


    If you wish to check-out late (subject to availability), the charge is $20 for each additional hour with a maximum until 5:00 PM and a minimum until 4:00 PM. If you wish to check out late before 4:00 PM, we advise you to discuss this with the Front Office. It is not possible to request this in advance.




  • Can we leave our luggage somewhere on our day of departure?

    Sure! Our reception team is happy to assist you with this. On the day of departure, you can pick up a towel at the reception as well, so that you can still take a shower at the swimming pool and board the plane fresh.

  • Can I book a transfer?

    You can book your transfer from Flamingo Airport for $ 20 per person (return).

Bonaire
  • What language is spoken on Bonaire?

    Dutch is one of the offical languages. The locals also speak Papiamentu and / or Spanish. In addition, almost everyone speaks English.

  • Can I drink tap water on Bonaire?

    Tap water on Bonaire is of good quality and is safe to drink.

  • What are payment methods on Bonaire?

    On Bonaire, we pay with US dollars. There are enough ATM machines available and credit cards are accepted in many places. Don’t forget to put your debit card on global coverage!

  • What is the best way to explore the island?

    We offer transportation for every budget; from scooters to pick ups. It is advisable to book this in advance. Contact our Excursions & rental agent for prices and information.

  • Visitor Entry Tax

    When visiting Bonaire, you must pay tourist tax in advance or upon arrival. The tourist tax is $75 per person, per visit. Click here to pay the tourist tax in advance and get the QR code to discover paradise. 


    Note! There are websites that also do provide a valid QR code, but you will pay more than necessary. The link above is reliable.


  • STINAPA nature fee

    The sea around Bonaire belongs to the Bonaire National Marine Park. This park, as well as the Washington Slagbaai Park, is protected by the organization STINAPA. They ensure that marine life remains intact and beautiful. You are required to buy a Stinapa Nature Tag if you want to visit the Washington Slagbaai Park or practice water sports on Bonaire. Without this tag you are not allowed to dive, snorkel, swim and so on.

Accommodation

  • Payment policy

    A deposit is required at time of booking. Only after receipt of the deposit the booking is confirmed. The amount of the deposit depends on the unit that is booked:


    • Studio $ 200.00
    • 1-bedroom apartment $ 250.00
    • 2-bedroom apartment $ 300.00
    • 3-bedroom apartment $ 400.00
    • 3-bedroom Penthouse $ 500.00
    • 3-, of 4-bedroom Villa $ 600.00

    The total of the payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Cancellation policy

    A booking with Best Available Rate can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation we can decide to apply the deposit to a future booking. If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, full payment is due.


    No show, late arrival, early check out: no refund.

  • Can I charge my 220v devices?

    Every room has at least one 220 volt socket. So if you want to charge multiple devices at the same time, it is advisable to take a world plug with you. 110 Volt is available too.

  • Is there a hairdryer and / or ironing board in the room?

    These are not standard in the room but are on request.

  • Can I smoke in the hotel or in the room?

    Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking is permitted outside.

  • Are there wheelchair-friendly rooms?

    Most rooms are wheelchair friendly. In building D we have a room with the possibility to place special shower brackets.

  • Is there a coffee maker in the room?

    A coffee maker is standard in all rooms.

  • Is there a currency exchange in the resort?

    Unfortunately not. This can be done at a local bank within 10 minutes drive. We recommend that you do not take any euros with you, but simply withdraw your money at the ATM. Don’t forget to put your pass on global coverage!

  • Is there a washing and drying service?

    Washing and drying services are available and you can get all the information you need at the reception.

  • Pets

    It is not possible to bring pets to our resort. Service animals are of course allowed, but we must be informed of this in advance and proof must be submitted that officially shows that the pet is intended as a service animal. The resort may charge additional cleaning fees for service animals. An additional cleaning fee of USD 150-250 per stay can be charged by the resort.

  • Is it possible to buy a day pass?

    No. At this moment it is not possible to get a day pass at Delfins Beach Resort. 

  • I would like to eat at Brass Boer. Can I make a reservation?

    That is certainly possible from Monday to Saturday. You can make a reservation online at https://brassboer.com or via reservations@brassboer.com or by telephone via +599 715 5050.
