Who are you?
You understand the taste of quality and can’t wait to make our guests’ mouths water with your dishes.
As a chef, you and the entire kitchen team ensure that our guests, as well as visitors and residents from across the island, enjoy a culinary experience they will want to return for.

What will you do?
You bring flavor, aroma, and color to our restaurant. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and offer poolside service. As an independent chef, you are responsible for proper mise en place and the preparation of recipes. You handle changing situations with ease and thrive in a dynamic environment. For you, quality is everything, and you are only satisfied when every plate looks perfect. You check products for freshness and shelf life and maintain a clean kitchen.
What do we ask for?
- You have completed a culinary education at MBO level and bring at least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Hospitality comes naturally to you. You understand the value of quality and have a sharp eye for detail.
- You are curious about new flavors and techniques and know how to translate them into our menus.
- You work with a smile, think in solutions, and know how to motivate the team around you.
- You take pride in our resort and want to contribute to strengthening our reputation.
- You are cost-conscious and able to prepare high quality dishes in an efficient way.
- You are familiar with and work according to food safety, health and hygiene standards.
- You are flexible and comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed.
- You speak Dutch and English. Knowledge of Papiamentu and Spanish is a plus.
