Hospitality Duty Manager (40 hours)

What will you do?

As Hospitality Duty Manager, you are the face of the daily operation and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your shift.



You play a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience and supporting the team across departments.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating the daily hotel operation during your shift
  • Making independent decisions in the absence of department managers
  • Ensuring strong collaboration between departments
  • Being visible and approachable for both guests and colleagues
  • Acting as the final responsible person within the hotel during your shift
  • Handling guest complaints and complex requests personally
  • Monitoring and improving guest satisfaction
  • Creating memorable moments for guests

You are an enthusiastic and service-driven professional who enjoys working in a team and delivering high-quality guest experiences.



  • You are guest-oriented and service-minded
  • You are solution-oriented and perform well under pressure
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills
  • You communicate clearly and know how to motivate others
  • You are proactive and focused on quality
  • You speak English; Spanish and Dutch are preferred
  • Knowledge of Papiamentu is a plus
