Are you looking for an internship where you can do more than just observe and truly become part of the team? Your Internship at Delfins

As an intern at Delfins, you'll be an active member of your department, gaining valuable practical experience and contributing to daily operations. Your responsibilities will depend on your field of study, learning objectives, and the department you join.

We offer internship opportunities in the following departments:

Front Office, Hospitality Duty Management, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Guest Experience, and Reservations.

Who We're Looking For

You are currently enrolled in a vocational education, bachelor's, or master's degree program relevant to the department you're interested in. For example, if you're applying for an internship in Human Resources, you should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

We're looking for enthusiastic, service-minded individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and enjoy working as part of an international team.

Speaking English, Spanish, and/or Papiamentu in addition to Dutch is considered an advantage.

Important to Know: Due to local work permit requirements, we are currently only able to accept interns with Dutch nationality.
