Who are you?
As an F&B Supervisor / Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of the service team at Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire. You ensure that service quality and guest experience are delivered at the highest level and are visibly present on the floor as a hands-on supervisor.
You will assign tasks, monitor operational progress, and make adjustments where necessary. In addition, you will coach team members during shifts, support operational challenges, and ensure guests feel welcome and fully enjoy their stay.
With your guest-focused attitude, hands-on mentality, and eye for detail, you will make an important daily contribution to the quality and reputation of our Food & Beverage outlets.

What will you do?
· Daily operational supervision of the service team during shifts.
· Assigning tasks and ensuring efficient execution of operations.
· Actively working on the floor and supporting the team where needed.
· Monitoring service quality, guest experience, and team presentation.
· Identifying and resolving operational challenges during service.
· Professionally handling guest requests, wishes, and complaints.
· Guiding, coaching, and training team members.
·
Ensuring compliance with HACCP, safety, and company regulations.

Required Education & Experience
· MBO working and thinking level (vocational education level).
· Completed relevant hospitality education, preferably in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
· Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
· Experience coordinating or supervising colleagues is a plus.
· Knowledge of F&B processes and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
· Good command of Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
