Bartender

As a Bartender, you ensure that the bar looks inviting, clean, and fully prepared from the very first moment, allowing you to welcome guests warmly and professionally. You enthusiastically advise guests on beverages, cocktails, and snacks, prepare or coordinate orders, and effortlessly anticipate both spoken and unspoken wishes.

You are also responsible for accurate billing, monitoring consumption and inventory, and properly managing the cash register. Throughout the day, you ensure that the bar, workspaces, and seating areas remain neat, well-organized, and welcoming.

You are a true host behind the bar: confidently advising guests, preparing and serving (complex) drinks and cocktails with craftsmanship, and independently taking care of preparation, stock management, and the professional appearance of your bar.

• You bring energy and experience: with at least 2 years of guest-facing experience, you know exactly how to bring a bar to life and make everyone feel welcome.
• You master the art of drink experience: from perfectly presented beverages to confidently crafted cocktails, you know how to capture quality and style in every glass.
• You are creative in developing solutions, new ways of working, and surprising service ideas.
• You have a strong guest-focused mindset: polite, helpful, and always striving for excellent service.
• You show commitment, take responsibility, and see tasks through until they are truly finished.
• You work well within a restaurant team and communicate openly and clearly.
• You remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver our high quality standards.
• You radiate professionalism and hospitality and proudly represent the Delfins brand in both behavior and communication.
• You speak Spanish and/or Papiamentu, English and/or Dutch, allowing you to effortlessly connect with our international guests.
