What will you do?
In this role, you and your team ensure that every room, lobby, hallway and office feels brand new. You lead a team of 5 to 10 Housekeeping team members, elevating both people and results every day.
You inspect, coach, improve and assist in operations when needed. You are the quiet force behind every perfectly made bed and every flawless stay.
What do we ask for?
- Proven experience in Housekeeping and the ability to lead and coach a team of 5–10 employees
- Ensuring daily quality standards: inspecting, adjusting and releasing rooms/units
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including translating staffing plans into effective rosters
- Smooth communication with other departments (Guest Service, Maintenance) and professional handling of guest questions and complaints
- Oversight of inventory, materials and equipment, with the ability to identify discrepancies
- Training and onboarding of new team members and providing input for recruitment, selection and development conversations
- Willingness to work hands-on in operations and serve as a role model in quality, guest focus and accuracy
- You speak
Spanish and/or Papiamentu, and English and/or Dutch
