What will you do?
As a Facility Employee, you are responsible for maintaining and cleaning the pools, facilities, and surrounding areas of the resort and villas.

You ensure that pools, gardens, and public spaces are always clean, safe, and ready to welcome guests. Your work plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining resort and villa pools
- Using pool chemicals correctly according to safety procedures
- Operating and maintaining pool pumps and filtration systems (after training)
- Maintaining pool decks, surrounding areas, and gardens
- Cleaning and maintaining pool furniture and related equipment
- Sweeping villa garages and removing waste or leaves around the villas
- Preparing villa pools for guest arrivals
- Maintaining villa gardens and outdoor spaces
- Collecting waste from villa roads and parking areas
- Cleaning and maintaining the pier and surrounding facilities
- Keeping public walkways and resort paths clean
- Performing additional facility tasks as assigned by the manager
What do we ask for?
You are a motivated and reliable team member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining clean and organized environments.

- You enjoy outdoor and physical work
- You are reliable, responsible, and proactive
- You have an eye for detail and maintain high standards
- You can work both independently and as part of a team
- You are willing to learn new skills, including working with pool systems and chemicals
- Experience in facilities, cleaning, or gardening is a plus
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance is an advantage (training will be provided)
- You speak English and Spanish; Papiamentu and Dutch are a plus
