Due to the expansion of our team, we are currently looking for two new colleagues to join us:
Maintenance Employee – Electrical Specialist (m/f) 36–40 hours per week
Who are you?
As part of our Maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for repairs and maintenance across all rooms, facilities, and buildings on our resort, including our restaurants, gym, laundry, offices, and dive shop. With enthusiasm and a hands-on attitude, you ensure that our guests enjoy a worry-free and relaxing stay.

What will you do?
You’re the hero who keeps everything at our resort running smoothly and safely.
As an Electrical Specialist, your focus will be on all electrical tasks, including installing and connecting outlets, pulling cables, fixing light fixtures, and resolving electrical issues promptly so our guests can continue to relax.
You may also handle general maintenance tasks.
As an all-around maintenance Employee, you know your way around air conditioner cleaning or repair, locks, plumbing, painting, and basic carpentry. You’re confident with (power) tools and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Teamwork is second nature to you, and your motto? Don’t complain — fix it!
You’re the Fantastic Fixer we’re looking for!
What do we ask for?
- A degree or work experience at MBO level (vocational) in electrical or general maintenance
- Experience working with electrical installations, maintenance, or repairs
- Skills in related areas like plumbing, carpentry, or painting
- Ability to work under pressure
- A positive, responsible, and open communicator
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends, and to be available for evening/weekend on-call duties
