What will you do?
Your challenge? Strengthening and developing a strong, inclusive organizational culture built on leadership, collaboration, and growth. You will:
• Shape a future-focused HR policy aligned with our strategy
• Drive leadership and talent development
• Embed our cultural values through attitude and behavior
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and a welcoming workplace
• Foster collaboration and open communication across teams
• Grow our people through Delfins University and training programs
• Advise management on complex HR matters using data-driven insights

As a strategic sparring partner and Executive Team member, you help shape our direction with your vision and expertise. You lead a dedicated HR team, ensure flawless HR and payroll processes, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement of systems and workflows.
What do we ask for?
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work and thinking level) and several years of experience
as a senior HR advisor or manager
• Strong persuasive skills - you know how to win people over
• Ability to create the right conditions to get things done
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
• Numerical insight, analytical ability, and solid knowledge of Excel
• Proactive mindset and decisiveness
• Fluent in Papiamentu, Spanish, or English, and Dutch
