Who are you?
You understand the taste of quality and can’t wait to make our guests’ mouths water with your dishes. Delfins is an ambitious resort and together with us, you’ll help put it on the map even more. As a chef, you and the entire kitchen team will ensure that our guests as well as visitors and residents from elsewhere on the island enjoy a culinary experience they’ll want to come back for.

What will you do?
You’ll bring flavor, aroma, and energy to our restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and poolside service. As an chef de partie, you handle mise en place and prepare dishes to recipe standards. You thrive in a dynamic setting, focus on quality, and ensure every plate looks perfect. You check products for freshness and help maintain a clean kitchen.
What do we ask for?
- Completed culinary MBO education with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong sense of hospitality, quality, and attention to detail.
- Creative with flavors and techniques, able to bring them into our menus.
- Positive, solution-oriented, and skilled at motivating your team.
- Proud to represent our resort and help build its reputation.
- Preparing dishes full of flavor while working efficiently.
- Knowledgeable in and compliant with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Flexible for varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; Papiamentu and Spanish are a plus.
